The shop was founded in 1922 by Silvio Taufer, in 1978 it passed into the hands of Martino Taufer and in 2007 it was taken over by Silvio Taufer, who tries to keep the tradition of good things alive. Particular attention is paid to the delicatessen which is the fruit of an art handed down from father to son from generation to generation
